Via the 'Staff' settings

The users that can make changes to your account in Jammed are called 'Staff', and can be added and changed via the website settings pages for Staff.

There's no limit to how many Staff to Jammed you can have - so feel free to hand one out to each staff member, and potentially ones for points of sale.
